Summerlin

Summerlin is a mecca of small communities, each surrounding its own major park or golf course. At this time there are 15 villages in different stages of development. Soon, the community will be home to 30 distinct communities or "villages", each featuring dozens of carefully planned neighborhoods and a unique variety of homes, townhomes, condominiums, and apartments. Red Rock Country Club

Red Rock Country Club is located in the Summerlin Nevada area. It is next to the Red Rock Conservation Area. It is easily navigated by going west on Sahara to the very end. There is a wide variety of homes in this area. There are exising homes and those lots that are ready for custom building.  This is a beautiful community that, when completed, will feature 2 Arnold Palmer golf courses, 44,000 sq. ft. main clubhouse and a 8,000 sq. ft. sports clubhouse. Spanish Trails

This beautiful gated community is located approximately 15 minutes west of the Las Vegas strip. It is bordered on the north by Tropicana and on the east by Rainbow. Seven Hills

The well laid out community of Seven Hills is just enough out of the way to be considered off from the hustle of  Las Vegas city life while only a short drive from major business districts, scenic areas and recreation attractions. Located in the rolling foothills of the Black Mountain Range in Henderson, Seven Hills overlooks one of the world's most dazzling skylines -- the famous Las Vegas Strip.

Green Valley Ranch

Located just south of Lake Mead Dr. in Henderson is the lush Green Valley Ranch. It stretches both east and west of Valle Verde Dr. and south of the 215 Beltway. Although it may seem like a small community with around 3100 total residences all the homes are a tight knit offering..  These homes are generally newer at this time and we offer many for sale in this area. Anthem Country Club

Anthem Country Club is located in the southeast part of the Las Vegas valley in the city of Henderson. It is part of the planned community of Anthem which includes Sun City Anthem, Anthem Coventry with additional communities under development. Anthem Country Club is a charming gated community of just under 2,000 acres. About 1,700 homes are projected to be built now and in the future. Southern Highlands

This  2,300 acre master planned community is actually two communities in one. The north end, "The Estates" boasts the Southern Highlands Golf and Country Club. Custom home lots surround the golf course with many georgous homes  as well as many under construction.

The south end features "The Villages a Southern Highlands". Here more than 75 model homes are showcased by more than a dozen builders. Southern Highlands is slated to include a trail system, public and private schools, shopping, restaurants, and medical facilities. Parks may encompass more than 50 acres.  The commute to the airport and the center of the strip will be convenient, probably no more than 15 to 20 minutes.

Lake Las Vegas
